Do you work outside Illinois?

Yes. Illinois is handled in house in Chicago. Every other state is filed through our partner network. Registered agent is $95 per entity, per state, per year.

Are state fees included?

No. Our prices are service fees. State fees are passed through at cost and confirmed before anything is filed.

Is this legal advice?

No. We prepare and file paperwork and keep you on schedule. For legal or tax questions, talk to an attorney or accountant.
