Your mailing address

Your address is the building street address with your private mailbox number. Federal postal rules require the designation "PMB" or "#" before that number and do not permit "Suite" or any other designation for a private mailbox. We will give you the exact format in writing when your mailbox is activated, and you agree to use it as given.

USPS Form 1583

Before we handle any mail for you, you must complete USPS Form 1583 naming Lobi Partners LLC as your agent, provide two forms of identification acceptable under postal regulations, and sign it before a notary or in the presence of our representative. Any change to the information on the form requires a new form. The form is signed under penalty of perjury. We enter the information into the Postal Service's registration database and keep a copy as the regulations require.

Forwarding

Mail delivered to a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency cannot be forwarded by the Postal Service. When you ask us to forward mail we remail it with new postage, and the forwarding fee and postage shown at checkout apply.

After cancellation

Postal regulations require us to continue accepting and remailing your mail for six months after this agreement ends; remailing during that period is at the forwarding fee and postage then in effect. After six months we may refuse mail addressed to you.

No space access

Business Mail is an address and mail service only. It does not include access to the building beyond the front desk during published hours for pickup, and it does not include a desk, office, meeting room, booking code or key.

What a business mailbox is and what it is for

A Lobi Space business mailbox is a real Chicago street address with staffed receipt of your mail and packages. Members use it to publish a professional address and receive business mail without using a home address. A mailbox does not establish eligibility for any filing, license, bank account, directory or platform.

A business mailbox provides address and mail handling only. It does not include a desk, private office, meeting room access or the signed service agreement that comes with a Virtual Office plan.

Service scope

Mailbox services include mail receipt, digital scanning, forwarding on request, and in-person pickup during published business hours. Postage, carrier charges and usage fees are handled as described in the official agreement you receive after approval.

What is required to open a mailbox

Each person or entity receiving mail must complete USPS Form 1583 and provide two forms of valid identification, one of which includes a photograph. A separate form is required for each individual or entity, and all business information you provide must be accurate and kept current.

Identification and authorized users

Each person or entity receiving mail must complete USPS Form 1583 and provide the required identification. Customers are responsible for the actions of anyone they authorize to access their mailbox.

Storage, forwarding and cancellation

Mail and packages are stored for the period stated in the plan or current service schedule. Forwarding is available for the forwarding fee plus postage. On cancellation, unclaimed items may be returned, securely destroyed or handled as described in the complete mailbox terms.

Acceptable use and liability

Mailbox services may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, prohibited materials, or conduct that threatens staff or members. Lobi Space is not responsible for carrier delay, loss or damage except as required by law; liability is limited as stated in the complete agreement.

What a Virtual Office is

A Virtual Office provides a real Chicago business address, a signed service agreement documenting your right to use that address, mail services, and member access to the building and its amenities. Customers use it for a professional Chicago presence, business records, mail handling, meetings and community access.

Plan-specific onboarding, assigned suite information and final compliance configuration are completed after approval through ReMe. A Virtual Office is not a dedicated private office, a registered agent appointment on its own, or a guarantee that a government agency, bank, directory or platform will accept an address for a particular purpose.

How it differs from a Business Mailbox and Office Space

The three services overlap but are not the same:

• Business Mailbox — the address and mail handling only, with no meeting space, member access or signed service agreement.
• Virtual Office — the address and mail handling plus a signed service agreement documenting your right to use the address, with member access to meeting space and amenities. It does not give you a dedicated physical workspace or guarantee acceptance by any agency, bank, directory or platform.
• Office Space — a physical suite or desk you occupy under a written agreement. It does not by itself include mail service or use of the Lobi Space address; that requires an active Business Mailbox or Virtual Office plan.

Term, billing and membership details

Virtual Office plans may have a minimum term and may renew automatically. The official agreement issued after approval states the applicable term, renewal, billing, cancellation and included services.

Compliance and member responsibilities

You must provide accurate business information, complete USPS Form 1583 where mail service applies, and use the address only for lawful business purposes. You remain responsible for your filings, registrations, licenses and representations to third parties.

Cancellation and liability

Cancellation, termination, mail handling and liability follow this agreement and the incorporated Business Mail Agreement. Lobi Space may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, misuse, inaccurate information, fraud or conduct that creates risk to the community.

Suites and Office Access

Private office suites are dedicated physical workspaces for one or more people, with the suite, term, access and included amenities defined in the signed agreement.

Office Access is furnished, month-to-month office use during published business hours. It does not include mail service or use of the Lobi Space address unless a separate Business Mailbox or Virtual Office plan is active.

Current membership details, applicable taxes and included amenities are shown at checkout and in the signed agreement issued after approval.

Term, access and use

Private office suites are offered under a written agreement with the term and notice requirements stated in that agreement. Office Access is available on business days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and does not include after-hours, weekend or holiday entry.

Access credentials are personal and may not be transferred. Members are responsible for their guests, their property and any damage beyond ordinary wear. Subletting, unauthorized alterations and leaving property on the premises without written approval are not permitted.

Included amenities and move-out

Amenities, meeting room access, parking, printing and cleaning are subject to the plan and signed agreement. Virtual Office Starter does not include meeting room hours or member room discounts. Virtual Office Pro includes 1 meeting room hour per month and Virtual Office Premium includes 2 meeting room or conference room hours per month. Additional hours are billed at the member rate. Unused included hours do not roll over unless the written agreement says otherwise.

Return all access credentials and remove personal property at move-out. Mail service ends with the agreement unless you separately maintain a Business Mailbox or Virtual Office plan.

Liability and governing law

Members and guests use the space, equipment, parking and common areas at their own risk. Members should carry their own general liability and property insurance. Lobi Space is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or loss, theft or damage to member property except as required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, with venue in Cook County.

1. What we do

On your appointment, the Agent serves as your registered agent in Illinois, and its business office above serves as your registered office. Outside Illinois, the Agent arranges registered agent service and state filings through a partner registered agent and filing provider in that state; the partner is the registered agent of record there, documents it receives for the Company are delivered to your account, and the Agent notifies you, remains your point of contact and bills you under this agreement. The Agent accepts service of process, notices and official communications from the Illinois Secretary of State, courts and government agencies addressed to the Company at the registered office; scans each document the business day it is received; notifies you the same day at the email and phone on file; and sends you reminders ahead of your annual report due date. Where you order corporate compliance services (annual reports, statements of change, assumed name filings, business formation and similar filings), the Agent arranges for its filing partner to prepare and submit those documents once your details are complete, at your direction, and passes state fees through at cost.

2. What we are not

The Agent is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Nothing in this service creates an attorney-client relationship. The Agent does not decide whether to respond to a document served on you, does not calculate deadlines for you beyond the reminders described above, and does not represent you before any court or agency.

3. The registered office is not a mailing address

The registered office is for service of process and official notices only. It is not a business mailing address, and general business, customer, vendor or bank mail addressed to the Company at the registered office is not covered by this agreement. If you want to receive business mail at 1655 S Blue Island Ave, you must have a Business Mail or Virtual Office plan, complete USPS Form 1583 with Lobi Partners LLC, and use the private mailbox address issued under that plan. You will not publish the registered office as your mailing address.

4. Your obligations

You will keep your contact details, the names of the people authorized to receive notifications, and your entity information current with the Agent. You authorize the Agent to be named as registered agent on your state filings. You will not use the appointment, the registered office or this agreement to commit fraud or to mislead any bank, agency, court or platform, and you accept the Fraud and Misrepresentation Disclosure in the Lobi Space Legal Center as applying to this service.

5. Term, renewal and non-payment

Service runs for one year from activation and renews for successive one-year terms unless cancelled before the renewal date. Current pricing is shown at checkout and in your receipt. If a renewal payment fails and is not cured within the period stated in your reminder notices, the Agent may resign as your registered agent under section 7.

6. Changing your agent

If you are appointing the Agent in place of a current agent, the Company must file the required statement of change with the Illinois Secretary of State; the Agent will have its filing partner file it at your direction if you order that service, and the state fee is passed through at cost. The Agent's name and office will appear on your public filings.

7. Resignation and termination

Either party may end this agreement with written notice. If the Agent resigns, it will file its notice of resignation with the Illinois Secretary of State as the Illinois Limited Liability Company Act and Business Corporation Act provide, and the Company is responsible for appointing a new registered agent within the period those Acts allow. Documents received after the effective date of resignation will be returned to the sender.

8. Bundled Business Mail

If you purchased Business Mail at the bundled rate with this service, that rate depends on this agreement remaining active. If this agreement ends and your Business Mail plan continues, Business Mail moves to its standard rate at its next renewal, as shown at checkout. Business Mail itself remains a contract with Lobi Partners LLC and is not affected by this agreement in any other way.

9. Billing

Lobi Registered Agents LLC bills you directly for all services under this agreement. Your receipt and card statement will identify Lobi Registered Agents LLC. Payments made to Nela Holdings & Investments LLC dba Lobi Space for Business Mail, Virtual Office or Office Space are not payments under this agreement.

10. Liability

The Agent's responsibility is to receive, scan and notify as described in section 1. The Agent is not liable for consequences of a document you did not act on after notification, for deadlines you missed, for the acts of any court, process server or agency, or for indirect or consequential losses. The Agent's total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid for the current service term, except where the law does not allow that limit.

11. Privacy

Documents received for you are scanned and stored in your account and are not read beyond what is needed to identify and route them. The Lobi Space Privacy Policy applies to personal information handled under this agreement, with Lobi Registered Agents LLC as the controller for that information.

12. Business formation package

Business formation is sold as one package, Launch, for a limited liability company or a corporation in any of the 50 states, at a limited-time price of $195 (regular price $295) plus the state filing fee. You pay the price shown when you check out. It includes a business name availability check, filing of your articles of organization or incorporation in the state you choose by our filing partner once your details are complete, your EIN application, an LLC operating agreement or corporate bylaws, the first year of registered agent service, annual report reminders, and processing and scanning of state notices and documents to your account. An EIN for an owner without an SSN or ITIN costs $100 more. The registered agent is Lobi Registered Agents LLC in Illinois and our national registered agent partner in every other state.

Registered agent service included with the package renews after the first year at $125 a year, or the price shown at checkout, unless you cancel before the renewal date. State filing fees are passed through at cost and charged at checkout with the package, plus 3% card processing on government fees only. States change their fees from time to time. If the state charges more than the fee shown when we file, you authorize us to charge the difference to the same card you used at checkout; if it charges less, we refund the difference to that card. A final invoice is issued after filing. A few states charge more for a corporation with a large number of authorized shares, and some require a newspaper notice paid to the newspaper; we tell you before we file if that applies. Operating agreements and bylaws are provided for your convenience and are not legal advice.

SMS Messaging

Lobi Space operates an optional text-message program called Lobi Space Notifications. Agreeing to these Terms does not opt you in to SMS. Text messaging consent is collected separately, is entirely optional, and is never a condition of purchasing or using any Lobi Space service.

Members who choose to opt in may receive messages about mail items, account updates, booking reminders, support responses and occasional event invitations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can opt in at our SMS opt-in page or opt out through our SMS opt-out form. Full program details are in our SMS Messaging Terms.

Accounts and membership

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website and Services. By using the Website and Services and by agreeing to this Agreement you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.

User content

We do not own any data, information or material (collectively, “Content”) that you submit on the Website in the course of using the Service. You shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness, and intellectual property ownership or right to use of all submitted Content. We may monitor and review the Content on the Website submitted or created using our Services by you. You grant us permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit, reformat, display and perform the Content of your user

account solely as required for the purpose of providing the Services to you. Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, we have the right, though not the obligation, to, in our own sole discretion, refuse or remove any Content that, in our reasonable opinion, violates any of our policies or is in any way harmful or objectionable. You also grant us the license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute the Content created by you or stored in your user account for commercial, marketing or any similar purpose.

Billing and payments

Government filing fees. When you buy a business filing (a formation, annual report, amendment or other state filing), the state's filing fee is passed through at cost and charged to your card at checkout, plus 3% card processing on government fees only. States change their fees from time to time, and our listed fees may lag a change. If the state charges more than the fee shown when we file, you authorize us to charge the difference to the same card you used at checkout. If the state charges less, we refund the difference to that card. A final invoice is issued after filing.

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Where Services are offered on a free trial basis, payment may be required after the free trial period ends, and not when you enter your billing details (which may be required prior to the commencement of the free trial period). If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change product descriptions, availability and offers at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Payment methods may be saved and a temporary authorization hold placed when you submit an application; your card is charged only upon approval. The specifics of each membership — included amenities, usage allowances, term, renewal, and cancellation — are set out in the official agreement issued after approval.

Included Software Access

Active memberships and office agreements include access to the Lobi Space member software — including the member portal and mobile app, digital mailbox tools (mail notifications, scanning, and forwarding requests), and booking and onboarding tools — as part of the service, at no additional or separately stated charge. This access is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for your own business purposes while your membership or agreement is active, and it ends when your membership or agreement ends. Lobi Space does not sell, lease, or license this software separately to members; no software license fee is charged or invoiced, and access to the software has no stand-alone price. Portions of the service may be delivered through third-party platforms; where those platforms present their own terms, those terms apply to your use of that platform. Nothing in this section transfers any intellectual property rights in the software to you.

Accuracy of information

Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, availability, promotions and offers. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website or Services is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Website except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the Website should be taken to indicate that all information on the Website or Services has been modified or updated.

Third party services

If you decide to enable, access or use third party services, be advised that your access and use of such other services are governed solely by the terms and conditions of such other services, and we do not endorse, are not responsible or liable for, and make no representations as to any aspect of such other services, including, without limitation, their content or the manner in which they handle data (including your data) or any interaction between you and the provider of such other services. You irrevocably waive any claim against Lobi Space with respect to

such other services. Lobi Space is not liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your enablement, access or use of any such other services, or your reliance on the privacy practices, data security processes or other policies of such other services. You may be required to register for or log into such other services on their respective platforms. By enabling any other services, you are expressly permitting Lobi Space to disclose your data as necessary to facilitate the use or enablement of such other service.

Backups

We perform regular backups of the Website and its Content and will do our best to ensure completeness and accuracy of these backups. In the event of the hardware failure or data loss we will restore backups automatically to minimize the impact and downtime.

Advertisements

During your use of the Website and Services, you may enter into correspondence with or participate in promotions of advertisers or sponsors showing their goods or services through the Website and Services. Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such activity, is solely between you and the applicable third party. We shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase or promotion between you and any such third party.

Links to other resources

Although the Website and Services may link to other resources (such as websites, mobile applications, etc.), we are not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any linked resource, unless specifically stated herein. Some of the links on the Website may be “affiliate links”. This means if you click on the link and purchase an item, Lobi Space will receive an affiliate commission. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any businesses or individuals or the content of their resources. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, and content of any other third parties. You should carefully review the legal statements and other conditions of use of any resource which you access through a link on the Website. Your linking to any other off-site resources is at your own risk.

Prohibited uses

In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Website and Services or Content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion,

ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Website and Services, third party products and services, or the Internet; (h) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (i) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (j) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Website and Services, third party products and services, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Website and Services for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Intellectual property rights

“Intellectual Property Rights” means all present and future rights conferred by statute, common law or equity in or in relation to any copyright and related rights, trademarks, designs, patents, inventions, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off, rights to inventions, rights to use, and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection and any other results of intellectual activity which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world. This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by Lobi Space or third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Lobi Space. All trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Lobi Space or its licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of Lobi Space or third party trademarks.

Disclaimer of warranty

You agree that such Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and that your use of the Website and Services is solely at your own risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the Service or that defects in the Service will be corrected. You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of Service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. We make no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through the Service or any transactions entered into through the Service unless stated otherwise. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Lobi Space, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if the liable party has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Lobi Space and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors relating to the services will be limited to an amount greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to Lobi Space for the prior one month period prior to the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Lobi Space and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content, your use of the Website and Services or any willful misconduct on your part.

Severability

All rights and restrictions contained in this Agreement may be exercised and shall be applicable and binding only to the extent that they do not violate any applicable laws and are intended to be limited to the extent necessary so that they will not render this Agreement illegal, invalid or unenforceable. If any provision or portion of any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intention of the parties that the remaining provisions or portions thereof shall constitute their agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all such remaining provisions or portions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.

Dispute resolution

The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Illinois, United States without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of United States. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Illinois, United States, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding

arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Assignment

You may not assign, resell, sub-license or otherwise transfer or delegate any of your rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent, which consent shall be at our own sole discretion and without obligation; any such assignment or transfer shall be null and void. We are free to assign any of its rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, to any third party as part of the sale of all or substantially all of its assets or stock or as part of a merger.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page, send you an email to notify you. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.

An updated version of this Agreement will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Agreement unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes.

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.

Nature of the Service

The Community App is a social business network facilitating the exchange of personal and professional information between people and organizations. This socialization includes reading the profile pages of other members and interacting with them.

The Community App provides its members access to benefits including, but not limited to:

• Creation of a Business Profile Page
• Community Social App
• Access to the Community Feed
• Ability to interact with Community Members
• Access to the Lobi Marketplace
• Ability to pay for products and services
• Schedule bookings
• Receive perks and discounts from local businesses

User Registration and Information

Members shall provide accurate and complete information requested in the User Registration form on the site and are required to promptly update this information as necessary. Members must select a username and password during the registration process. You are entirely responsible for:

• All activities and use of the site occurring under your username and password.

Suspended and terminated User accounts due to violations will not be re-activated. Message details and rates

Program name: Lobi Space Notifications. Message frequency varies by the services and notifications you choose. Message and data rates may apply. Lobi Space does not sell or share mobile phone numbers for third-party marketing.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

A phone number may be used to contact you about a request you submitted by phone or email even when you have not opted into SMS, where permitted by law. Those communications are separate from text messaging consent.

How to stop messages

How we identify AI features

We label AI features clearly, for example with wording such as “Powered by AI” or “AI generated”. Where the law requires a disclosure that content is synthetic or AI generated, we provide it.

Your input and the output

The information you submit to an AI feature (“Input”) and the content the feature returns (“Output”) are treated as your customer data under the other Lobi Space agreements.

We do not permit our subcontractors, including third-party AI model providers, to use your Input, Output, data or documents to train or improve their models. We process this data only to deliver the service you asked for.

Who owns what

As between you and Lobi Space, you keep all right, title and interest in your Input, and you own the Output to the extent the law allows.

Lobi Space and its licensors own the AI features themselves, including the underlying models, algorithms and software and any improvements to them. You may not reverse engineer or decompile the AI features, or attempt to extract their source code, model weights or architecture.

Your responsibility for output

You are solely responsible for evaluating, verifying and using any Output, including its accuracy, completeness and suitability for your purpose.

What AI output is and is not

AI features are tools. Every business, compliance and legal decision remains yours. When you use them, keep the following in mind.

• Output may not be unique to you, and other users may receive similar Output.
• The same Input may produce different Output at different times.
• Output may contain errors, bias or fabricated information.
• Output does not represent the views or legal positions of Lobi Space.

Documents in your account

By uploading or storing documents in your account, you grant Lobi Space a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to access, parse and analyse those documents for the sole purpose of producing the summaries, extracts and automated responses you request through the interface.

This licence covers documents you upload, and it also covers mail we scan for you under the Business Mailbox Agreement or Virtual Office Agreement when you ask us to produce a summary or extract from it. We do not analyse your mail for any other purpose.

AI assistants and what they cannot do

AI assistants perform limited, directed actions at your instruction. You are responsible for reviewing what they return before you rely on it.

AI assistants do not, and are not authorised to, file documents with any government agency, act as your registered agent, accept service of process, or execute legal instruments on your behalf. Service of process and official state mail are handled by our staff, never by an automated assistant.

What you must not use AI features for

You agree not to use the AI features for any of the following.

• Unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes, including spam and phishing.
• Creating content that infringes the rights of others or promotes hate, violence, discrimination or illegal activity.
• Creating deepfakes or other synthetic media intended to deceive people about their authenticity or source, unless the content is clearly disclosed as AI generated and is otherwise lawful.
• Submitting Input that contains the personal data of children under 13.
• Overloading, disrupting or scraping our systems, or gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to them.
• Developing or training products that compete with the AI features.
• Representing Output as human generated or as endorsed by Lobi Space.
• Providing regulated legal, tax or other professional services to third parties using the AI features.
• Making automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on people without appropriate human oversight.

Monitoring, suspension and termination

We may monitor use of the AI features and remove content. We may suspend or terminate your access to the AI features if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these AI Terms or any other Lobi Space agreement, or that continuing to provide access would create legal, security or operational risk.

Third-party technology

AI features may rely on technology provided by third-party model providers, and their own terms may apply to that technology. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or performance of third-party services.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through the AI features is described in the Lobi Space Privacy Policy in this legal library.

No warranty

The AI features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy of Output.

We do not warrant that the AI features will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, or that any Output will meet your requirements.

Cancellation

A booking cancelled at least 24 hours before its start time is refunded in full. The podcast studio requires at least 48 hours. Inside that window the booking is billed as scheduled.

A card hold that has not been captured is simply released on cancellation.

• A card hold placed at booking is captured only when we confirm the booking.
• Access is during business hours.
• Refunds return to the original payment method.
