How the money works
One number, no tiers to decode. Office leases pay 10% of the 12-month lease value. Resource partners pay through our affiliate program. Everything is confirmed in writing before your client ever walks in.

How it works
Four steps from introduction to payout

Make the introduction
Send us a name and an email, or point them at the contact form with your name on it. We confirm the referral in writing the same day.

We host the meeting
A tour of 1655 S Blue Island Ave, or a virtual walkthrough. We answer the licensing, mail and lease questions so you do not have to.
03
They sign
Office space, virtual office or mailbox. We handle the agreement, the onboarding and USPS Form 1583.
04
You get paid
10% of the 12-month office lease value, paid after their first full month. Affiliate commissions on resource partners are paid on the same cycle.
