Lobi Space Text Message Program Terms

The Lobi Space Notifications program sends recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) to members and customers who opt in, about mail items, account updates, booking reminders, support responses, and occasional event invitations.

Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Message frequency varies, and Lobi Space may change message frequency over time. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.

Lobi Space may suspend or end the program at any time. Opting in is voluntary and is never a condition of any purchase, agreement, or service.

You must be 18 years or older to opt in, and you must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide.

You agree to notify us if your number changes or is deactivated, and you consent to an electronic record of your opt-in.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one final confirmation text. Other keywords may not be recognized.

You can also opt out through our SMS opt-out form. Opting out of SMS does not cancel a membership, booking, or other service.

Not all devices or carriers are supported, and prepaid plans may not be supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
