Can I use the Lobi Space address for my LLC and Google Business Profile?

Yes for your LLC, on a virtual office or a full time office plan. Both come with a signed lease for 1655 S Blue Island Ave, which Illinois filings, banks and city licensing accept. A business mailbox is mail only, so it often will not clear. Google is stricter. Maps wants a staffed suite, so we do not guarantee a map listing. Virtual office members are sometimes approved for a service area listing instead.

Do you charge setup fees?

Yes. Setup runs $50 to $95 depending on the plan. It covers key fobs, parking passes, technology setup, identity verification and USPS Form 1583 processing. Notarizing Form 1583 is free for members.

What else can you handle for my business?

Notary and mobile notary, Illinois registered agent service, podcast and video rooms, and a bench of vetted partners: insurance, attorneys, media, software. We use these people ourselves. We vet every recommendation, and we still encourage you to do your own diligence.
