14-Day Refund Policy

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to Business Mailbox, Virtual Office, and Office Access memberships purchased on lobispace.com, including any one-time setup fee. It does not cover: private office leases (governed by the lease), meeting room, podcast studio, and other room bookings (their cancellation terms are shown at booking), pass-through costs such as postage, carrier charges, and government filing fees, or renewal terms after your first term.

2. If your application is not approved

The temporary authorization hold placed at application is released in full and never captured; depending on your bank, it disappears from your statement within a few business days. If any amount was actually charged, it is refunded automatically — with no request needed — to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your card is never charged unless your application is approved.

3. The 14-day window

You may cancel for any reason within 14 days of your first successful charge. Email us, cancel from your member portal, or call (312) 248-7020. You receive a full refund of the membership fees and setup fee you paid, less only:

— pass-through costs we have already incurred on your behalf (postage, carrier charges, government or state filing fees); and

— if your plan includes registered agent service and we have already filed the appointment with the Illinois Secretary of State, the registered-agent portion of your plan, which is non-refundable once filed.

4. Your mail after cancellation

Mail already on hand stays available for pickup, or one final forwarding at the standard forwarding fee plus postage, for 30 days after cancellation. After that, items are handled as described in your Business Mailbox Agreement. USPS regulations require us to retain your Form 1583 records even after your service ends.

5. After the 14-day window

First-term fees are non-refundable once the window closes. You can still cancel future renewals at any time as described in your official agreement, and your service continues through the end of the period you have paid for.

6. Renewals

This policy applies to your first term only. Renewal charges are governed by your official agreement.

7. How refunds are paid

To your original payment method, within 5–10 business days of confirmation. We will confirm every refund by email.

8. Your other rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under Illinois or federal law.
