If day rates are adding up, take the suite for the month instead. Prepaid month to month, no lease: a furnished office during business hours, coffee and kitchen, 500 copies a month, and 4 meeting room hours before hourly rates apply.
Access only, 9am to 5pm on business days. Address and mail service are not included — add a Business Mailbox or Virtual Office for that. $95 setup fee plus 15% City of Chicago tax.
How booking works
Send the day, time and headcount through the contact form or call the front desk. We confirm availability the same business day.
Furniture, AV, coffee and guest parking are set before you arrive. Podcast bookings include a gear check 15 minutes prior.
Check in at the front desk at 1655 S Blue Island Ave. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments only if you use it.
Member perk
Virtual office members get monthly meeting room hours included, then a discounted rate. Private office members get unlimited meeting room use. Mailbox members get member pricing on the podcast room.
