Being small and close-knit is our biggest advantage, not a limitation. When there are fewer of us, we actually know each other — what you're building, what you need, who you should meet next. That kind of connection doesn't happen at scale.
That's what makes Lobi Space a great starting place for anyone learning how to start and run a business. You get the knowledge, the resources, and the community in one spot, instead of hunting them down separately.
Giving back
We show up for the city that shows up for us
A community is not a lounge. It is what a room does when nobody is paying it to.
Our team climbed 94 floors of the John Hancock Center for the Respiratory Health Association. 1,632 steps. Members, staff, friends of the space, all in the same shirt.
We keep going. We host nonprofit meetings at cost, donate studio time to local causes, and point members toward the neighbors who need the work. Pilsen made this room possible. We pay that back on purpose.
