Industrious does hospitality well. Good coffee. Good design. Staffed desks in premium buildings.
If you want a beautiful place to sit every weekday, go take a tour there. That is what they sell.
Most people who call us want something smaller and cheaper. An address that works. Mail handled by a person. Paperwork that keeps the business legal.
What you are actually paying for
A premium managed workspace is priced for a desk you occupy daily.
Be honest about your calendar. If you are in a building three days a month, you are paying for the twenty-seven you skipped.
We flipped it. Pay for the address and the service. Add a room only on the days you need one.
The affordable side, in plain numbers
| What you need | Lobi Space |
|---|---|
| Mail and packages only | Business Mailbox Pro, $30/mo |
| Address, mail, signed agreement | Virtual Office Starter, $50/mo |
| Add meeting room hours | Virtual Office Pro, $75/mo |
| More mail, more room time | Virtual Office Premium, $150/mo |
| A desk for the day | A private office by the day, $300 |
| A room of your own, full time | Private suites from $595/mo |
Industrious prices by desk and by market, and quotes on request. Compare your own quote to the row above. That is the whole argument.
The friendly part
You will meet the same faces. We have run this building since 2015, and the front desk learns your business name in a week.
Your courier gets a human, not a call queue. Your mail gets logged the day it lands. Your questions get answered by someone standing near your parcel.
Free parking on site. Ten minutes to the Loop, straight onto I-90/94. Pilsen, not a glass tower with a garage fee.
The paperwork a coworking brand will not touch
- A signed agreement at 1655 S Blue Island Ave that Illinois filings, City of Chicago licensing and Google verification accept
- Illinois registered agent service at $95 for the first year (limited time), then $125 a year per entity, with same-day scans and document notifications
- Notary on site at $25
- Mail scanned, forwarded or held, your call
- Annual report reminders, because one missed $75 filing can dissolve an LLC
When Industrious is the better call
Your team is in the office every day. You want the hospitality layer and you will use it. You have the budget and the headcount to justify it.
That is a fair thing to want. It is not what we are.
Who ends up here
Freight brokers. Attorneys. Contractors. Bookkeepers. Nonprofits. Ecommerce sellers.
Not venture funded. They need to look established, because they are, and they would rather spend the difference on the business.
