Since 2015 we have been a working home for Chicago founders, remote workers, creators and small teams — at 1655 S Blue Island Ave in Pilsen, ten minutes from the Loop, with parking on site.
Everything below happens in that one building. Here is what each service is actually for, so you can work out which one you need.
Business mailbox
A real street address with a suite number, not a PO Box. Mail arrives here, our team logs it, and you decide what happens next from your phone: view it, request a scan, forward it anywhere, or have it shredded.
It suits people running a business from home, out-of-state companies that want a Midwest presence, and anyone who would rather their residential address stayed off invoices and public listings.
Packages are accepted from every carrier, not just USPS. See business mailbox details, or the specifics on scanning, forwarding and pickup.
One requirement: USPS Form 1583, notarised. That is federal law for any mail service, not our rule. We notarise on site, free for members — our Form 1583 guide covers it.
Virtual office
Everything the mailbox does, plus the paperwork that makes the address usable as your business location: a signed lease that Illinois filings, city business licences and Google Business Profile verification accept, your company name on the building directory, unlimited scanning, and meeting room hours each month.
The distinction matters more than most people expect. A mailbox receives your mail. A virtual office lets the address represent your business on official documents. If you are registering an LLC or applying for a licence, you need the second one.

Private offices
Furnished suites for one to four people, with desks, chairs and storage, or bring your own furniture. Utilities, high-speed internet, printing and cleaning are in the monthly payment. Meeting rooms, kitchen, lounge, parking and 24/7 secure access come with it.
Terms are built to flex, so you can scale up, switch suites or leave when your needs change. Most approved applicants move in within a week.

Meeting rooms and day space
Book by the hour when you need somewhere to bring a client, run a workshop or take a day away from home. Members get priority booking and discounted rates.

The production studio
A fully equipped video and podcast studio: 4K cameras, professional microphones, lighting, a production-ready set, makeup room and kitchen access, with a crew on site to help with setup and filming. Post-production is available as an add-on.
It is built for business podcasts, YouTube content, brand storytelling, product video, webinars and course filming — the things that normally require hiring gear and freelancers separately.

Business services
Because most of what a small business needs from a building is administrative:
- Registered agent for Illinois — statutory agent of record, with same-day scans of anything served
- Notary — in person or online, free for members on Form 1583
- Virtual phone number — a local 312 line that rings wherever you are
- Vetted resources — tools and providers we have actually assessed, with honest notes on who they suit
Which one do you need?
- Mail only, home address stays private → business mailbox
- The address goes on an LLC filing, a licence, or Google → virtual office
- A room of your own, full time → private office
- Somewhere to meet clients occasionally → meeting rooms or a day pass
- Making video or a podcast → the studio
Still unsure? Compare every plan on one page or talk to our team — we will tell you if a cheaper plan does the job.
