Free member terms and conditions

1. Free membership

Lobi Space membership is free and gives you the ability to reserve on-demand space at 1655 S Blue Island Ave, Chicago, IL 60608. Membership does not include a mailing address, business licensing address, registered agent service or dedicated desk. Those are paid plans.

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate contact information. We may end a membership at any time for misuse of the space, non-payment or conduct that affects other members.

2. Bookings and payment

Reservations are held once confirmed on your member booking page. Room rates are charged at the published hourly rate unless your paid plan includes hours. Add-on services such as crew, streaming or editing are quoted separately and may be provided by our production partner.

3. Cancellations

Cancel or move a reservation at least 24 hours before the start time at no charge. Inside 24 hours we bill 50 percent of the reservation. No-shows are billed in full.

4. Use of the space

Leave rooms as you found them, keep noise reasonable outside the studio, and do not move or unplug installed equipment without staff help. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests. Guests must be escorted by the member who booked.

No illegal activity, no smoking, and no overnight use. We may end a session in progress if the space or equipment is at risk.

5. Recordings and content

You own the content you record. You are responsible for clearances, releases and music licensing for anything you produce. We may photograph common areas for marketing and will not publish your session footage without permission.

6. Liability

Lobi Space is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen personal property, or for indirect losses arising from use of the space or equipment. Members use the space at their own risk and agree to follow staff instructions on safety.

7. Privacy and changes

We use your information to manage your membership and bookings. See our privacy policy for details. We may update these terms; continued use of the space after an update means you accept the current version.
