A PO box is a number at a post office. A Lobi mailbox is a real street address with a suite number at 1655 S Blue Island Ave. You can receive mail from USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. We scan, forward, hold or shred each piece. A PO box cannot accept carrier packages and does not come with a front desk team.

After 30 days, storage fees begin at $10 per week. After 60 days, your box may be closed unless you arrange forwarding or pickup. We will email and text you before any storage charges begin, so nothing sits forgotten.

You can cancel anytime within the first 14 days for a full refund. After that, cancel before your next billing cycle and your service ends cleanly. If you cancel, all mail is returned to sender unless you request forwarding first.
